The water pressure in the room was subpar, necessitating an upgrade to their system for improvement. Breakfast options were lackluster, with cold food and little variety, leaving us to eat elsewhere.

Fairly clean place with amicable and pleasant staff and great view of mountains in backdrop of the roof tops. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Wonderful location just off center of town very near walking street, and restaurants and walking street with spotless and big rooms. Also, happy to give advice on local tourist spots. Great stay, as always.

Deluxe hotel, HELPFUL staff. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. We had a great balcony to admire the pool views. Good base for exploring Pai.

missingWrote a review on 08 Novcold breakfastunpleasant odor
The breakfast was an absolute disaster, cold and unappetizing. It's baffling they serve such a lackluster meal. I had to endure a room change due to an unpleasant smell, but no one offered me a complimentary drink or sounded even the least bit apologetic. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

good amenities, but breakfast needs improvement
The beautiful double room was spacious and offered fine mountain views, made my mornings good. The pool provided a unique chance to swim seriously in the morning, although a bit chilly. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the night market and main street.
Breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarian and vegan diets.

I came for some alone time and loved the ambiance. Perfectly quiet yet a quick walk to the main attractions. The bed was super comfy. The pool was also a nice touch, even if a bit on the cooler side. Totally worth it 😊

Ai is a beautifully designed hotel, modernized recently and just a short walk from the Main Street and night market. The beautiful double room with pool access was super comfortable, and the pool was great, even if it was a little cool. Breakfast was spot on and nicely varied.
the air conditioning could have been a bit cooler.
